Nicole brings years of professional experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and is currently furthering her education in nursing with the goal of becoming a Registered Nurse. Her healthcare background has strengthened qualities that are equally important in her work with YWY, including compassion, responsibility, attentiveness, patience, confidentiality, and the ability to care for the needs of others with professionalism.As Secretary and Personal Assistant, Nicole helps provide the consistency and behind-the-scenes support necessary for leadership to remain organized and focused on the organization’s broader vision. She shares YWY’s commitment to uplifting women and young girls, with a special focus on supporting single mothers through meaningful programs, community outreach, and transformational experiences.
