Jammarrius Smith is an accomplished executive leader, entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and community mentor who serves as Chief Operating Officer of You Within Yourself Corp. Working closely with Founder and CEO Ms. Sharon H. Smith for more than four years, he plays an integral role in transforming the organization’s vision into strategy, structure, and sustainable growth.

Jammarrius holds two master’s degrees in Organizational Management and Public Relations, along with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. His corporate experience includes leading multimillion dollar digital growth strategies across major platforms and multiple industries, with demonstrated success improving business performance by as much as 42 percent quarter over quarter. He is also the founder of JXI Media and serves as COO of One Way Couture by SDS.

At YWY, Jammarrius provides strategic leadership across operations, team development, marketing, financial stewardship, and long term organizational growth. He has helped hire and train more than 20 employees and team members across YWY and One Way Couture. His oversight also helps ensure organizational resources are managed responsibly, strengthening YWY’s ability to expand its annual programs and signature events while serving a broader number of women, young girls, and families.
