Objective: Helping women recognize their God-given value, heal from what has held you back, discover your voice, and confidently walk in your purpose.
Overview
From Seed to Blossom: A Transformational Journey to Self-Worth is a four-week women’s empowerment series designed to create a welcoming, faith-centered environment where women can strengthen self-worth, process difficult experiences, develop confidence, find their voice, and move toward purposeful action. The series intentionally combines inspirational speakers, authentic conversations, interactive activities, reflection, journaling, and community-building.
Four consecutive weekly sessions • 90 minutes–2 hours per session • Journals provided at Week 1 • Week 4 Graduation celebration and recognition
WEEK 1 • KNOW YOUR WORTH
Focus: Self-worth, identity, confidence, and recognizing your God-given value.
This opening session establishes the foundation for the series. Participants are invited to recognize that their worth is not determined by circumstances, relationships, careers, appearance, mistakes, or other people’s opinions.
WEEK 2 • HEAL HER
“I Am More Than What Happened to Me”
Focus: Healing, forgiveness, releasing the past, emotional wellness, and rebuilding confidence after difficult experiences.
You cannot always control what happened to you, but you can begin to decide what happens next.
Feature: Guest Speaker
WEEK 3 • FIND YOUR VOICE
Confidence Unleashed
Focus: Finding your voice, overcoming fear, setting boundaries, leadership, communication, and taking up space confidently.
I know my worth. I can heal. I have a voice and I’m going to use it.
WEEK 4 • WALK IN PURPOSE
The Transformed Woman
Focus: Purpose, faith, courage, leadership, action, service, and becoming who God created you to be.
The final session: “What are you going to do with everything you have discovered?”
A quiet reflection period around the question: “God, what are You calling me to do in this next season?” A pastor or ministry leader will close with prayer.
